Can I remind you as well that rent bills for a full years rent will be sent out in September for payment by the 1st October the usual requirements will still be in place. You must pay by the due date. If you cannot do this you must speak to Steve Williams or myself before the due date.
If you do not pay your rent on time we will presume you have given up your garden.
