The previous meeting minutes were not correct, The AGM will be on 13th June, Agenda to follow. We will need to be on our best behavior as there may be a representative from the council attending
Nominations are open for committee positions, All you need is a proposer and seconder.
We need 9 committee members: Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and 6 ordinary members, anyone welcome to stand and we will have a vote at the AGM.
Anyone putting themselves forward for treasurer should have some accountancy experience and anyone who has been on the committee but walked out on their responsibilities (perhaps in a tantrum) before the following AGM should think carefully about standing again. We want people who can work together in a team for the benefit of the association and do a full year.
