🌿 Allotment Work Party This Sunday 🌿
Join fellow plot holders today for our monthly volunteer work party to help keep our site clean, safe, and tidy for everyone. Whether you can spare 30 minutes or a couple of hours, every pair of hands makes a huge difference!
- When: Sunday 18th from 10:30 AM onwards
- Where: Meet by the main polytunnel on site
What we do at a work party which varies each month
- Clearing communal paths: Strimming edges and clearing overgrowth.
- Tidying vacant plots & borders: Removing weeds and brambles to keep seed spread down
- Car park & boundary maintenance: General sweep, litter pick, and cutting back invasive weeds
- Communal upkeep: Organizing shared tools and clearing around water points
